Private Lessons After nearly a century, Through Private and Personal Instruction, you can now obtain knowledge of the most consistent and powerful golfing mental art technique ever in the history of the game. This technique has been proven and tested infallibly for over nearly a century.
Personalized,
Private lessons No
matter how informative a book, no matter how well done a DVD, nothing is
better than hands-on lessons from a fellow Yogi.
And not just any fellow Yogi, but the last one living who was
personally taught by the Master himself, the one designated at Yogi’s
last hour, as THE one to spread the method. So,
if you have a gut feeling that you should act now and quickly, you just
might be lucky and get a place in line. Because
they are so useful and valuable, and because there is at present only ONE
Yogi teacher in the world, lesson spots are limited and costly.
They are limited because they are one-on-one over a three-day
period. They SEEM costly
until one understands the value. Probably
these lessons are in the range of prosperous individuals and private
country club members. Certainly,
they are very inexpensive compared to the top teachers in the US.
They are almost a give away when one considers that there is only
one Yogi and one Yogi teacher. Finally,
the private lessons include all the Yogi material in print, in DVD and CD
along with the irreplaceable “Platform to Perfection.”
AND, amazingly, an entire set of irons, woods and putter are
included, personally fitted to your new Yogi swing, of the highest
quality, with specially fitted grips used only by Yogi golfers.
Finally, lessons take place in a wonderful Southern California
private club, lunch included. Lessons
are the full swing, the short strokes (125 yards and in), and putting. Now,
you are equipped with new clubs, a new swing, a new short game and a new
putting style all in just three days.
During the three days, there will be at least one, but probably two
playing lessons, normally 9 holes. This
lesson will take place on a very difficult very private course, with super
fast greens. The conditions
are magnificent, and the bar is well stocked.
Your new experience will take a lot out of you while putting a lot
more INTO you! You
will become a very effective and happy golfer when you learn your lessons
properly. In fact, if you had
paid huge fees in the past to a famous teacher, the Count Yogi personal
lessons will seem a bargain. Of course they are a bargain.
We think they are a bargain at any price, because we agree with the
Count: “…my golf swing is Creator – God – given…” How do you pay for something God-given? How do you acquire something that comes from inspiration? We
firmly believe, as did Yogi himself, that the Count Yogi System is ‘for
everybody.’ We also have
the realistic experience of not being able to teach every person. Sometimes the student is not ready to accept Yogi.
Sometimes the potential student just wants a quick fix to the power
swing. No quick fixes are
possible here. Just a
permanent fix! Why
is it important to say this? Honestly
and bluntly, some lessons must terminate at the first meeting. That’s
school for you! How often
does this happen? Rarely.
This is the ‘REAL THING’!
All we ask of the student is that he or she comes with an open
mind, no, more: an open heart. Did
you know that Tim is the only golfer alive today who never went through
all the confusion, aggravation, and shock of modern teaching methods?
He never pounded a million balls at the range.
He never ‘hit down’ on it with a straightened the left arm.
He learned directly from the Master, Count Yogi. The Master also
taught Tim how to teach you and the next generation.
Tim is not Count Yogi. He
plays excellent, FUN golf! He
even likes golf- but not as much as surfing.
He promised at the Count’s deathbed that he would continue the
work of offering this wonderful art form to the world.
He did not know what he had promised! Slots
fill up quickly, and the teacher only teaches around 9 months out of 12. What
You Bring To the Lessons: The
best single thing for you to bring is an open mind. Put on hold all you think you know about golf and the golf
swing. Allow the ideas and
lessons to transform your mind and body.
This willingness on your part will eliminate nearly all your old
so-called problems. On top of
that, as Tim teaches the way Yogi taught and wanted Tim to continue
teaching, he will begin with the common, traditional courtesies of golf
and fill in the time with interesting stories about his time with Yogi.
Nothing like knowing your future heritage! DAY
ONE LESSON As
your first lessons begin, you will be struck that Tim is really interested
in you. He wants to know why
you think Yogi can help you. What
do you want out of golf? How
many years have you played? How
often do you play today? How
many holes? To which country
club(s) do you belong? Do you
play with the same friends regularly?
Do you travel and play all the famous courses you can?
Which length tees do you tee off from?
Have you taken lessons from a pro?
Have you become discouraged or even downright cynical about
teaching ideas? Do you
understand club design? Are
you able to put aside your favorite ideas for three days and put yourself
fully into the Yogi swing? What
physical limitations do you have? What
would really please you to have in your game?
Longer drives? Great
short game? Putting?
Fine 9-hole scores? Ability
to compete in your local and club tournaments? Tim
then will introduce you to the “Platform To Perfection” and show you
how it is set up, and why it works along with its priceless five simple
step “infallible mental routine” and the Yogi Full Swing.
This takes less than 30 minutes!
That’s it. Then you
practice and he talks it into you MIND, where the swing lives. Even though the five-step method done with the platform is
outwardly simple, it will LOOK and FEEL simple. He will insist that, no matter how simple it (the platform)
appears, you will actually use it over the coming years for self-fix
‘tune-ups.’ He
normally ends the day around a drink or lunch with a discussion of clubs.
He needs to know what, if any, your understanding of clubs is.
He will describe loft, lie, swing weight, and flex.
He will show you why the clubs included in your lessons, are simply
the best new clubs on the market, especially for Yogi style golfers.
He will also show you why the woods are the best.
The next day, Day Two, you get your new clubs. DAY
ONE COMMENTS When
people watch you swing, the main comment they make, unsolicited, is that
it looks ‘so easy, so smooth.’ They have open eyes, because what they
say is true. But it looks
that way because of the INTELLIGENCE of the swing, not the greatness (ha!)
of your athletic ability. I
will say it took me personally some weeks to really sense how it worked. You too will be surprised how you will immediately stroke
(not hit) the ball very well when you do your first Yogi swing.
After Day Two and your second lesson, the strokes (or short shots)
you will actually feel as if you are practically picking up the ball and
setting it down right where you want! Of
course, all sorts of things will distract you (it is a mental process) as
well as your own previous experience will sabotage you. Tim and the Platform to Perfection will keep you on track and
later, at home, you can continue to understand just what is actually going
on. Tim
will have prepared you to receive customized irons and woods built around
the requirements for the Yogi swing.
After this, if your mind is not over stimulated you might do some
sightseeing or even arrange a little practice session by yourself. DAY
TWO LESSON Tim
Yogi will introduce you to your new clubs.
You will see how finely crafted the irons and woods are.
You are shown and explained why the Yogi clubs are very upright
(called the lie). He will show you why they are of such highest quality and
slightly heavier than you are used to.
He will explain how the Yogi grips are slightly thicker under the
right hand than you might be accustomed to.
He will step you through each club, including the importance of the
height of the ball on the tee, when you use a driver. Unless
you are already a ‘strong’ golfer, you will be amazed that you can
swing these clubs, designed for very low handicappers and touring pros.
The Yogi swing demands a strong, well-balanced club with excellent
workmanship. Tim makes sure
his students experience Yogi at its best. The
next day he covers the short game. But
before he does, at this lesson Tim and you review everything you think you
heard the previous day. He
repeats what he showed you and you and he discuss what YOU think is going
on. This is where Tim excels.
He has great patience and needs to have you feel free to express
your delight or your confusion or both!
You will practice again on the Platform to Perfection while he
watches and comments. PLAYING
LESSON! If,
in Tim’s opinion, you are comfortable enough to take it on the course,
he will play a 9-hole round with you either at his country club or
another. You go on two playing lessons and EXPERIENCE the ease and magic
of the Yogi swing. One on
Lesson Day Two and Three. This
can be fun and you will have some shots you never thought you could make.
Some shots will be non-Yogi blunders, but that is part of the cost
of learning. Your short game
will be at a level you never knew existed. And!
It will begin to dawn on you while you are playing with Tim that
you are NOT really worried about how to set up your swing or how to swing!
You are having fun and Tim is having fun.
You see into the future: your skills at Yogi Golf will be mature
and practiced. You will go
out on a course, tough or easy, and never have a bad day.
You will make an occasional weird swing, since you don’t play all
the time. You will choose the wrong iron, or underestimate the distance or
read the break poorly, true. But
that is GOLF! Even your worst
miss-reads will be executed well. Once
you learn to swing the driver effortlessly and freely, you will have a
complete game. DAY
THREE Finally,
you wrap up the third day with putting.
Tim sometimes changes the order of things to suit his mood and your
needs. This
is the day when normally, the student is really looking forward to hitting
the course. There may be
mental fatigue and even confusion as the new swing ideas replace your old,
inconsistent ones. Tim and
you will review what you learned. There
will be questions and then a brief practice at the range.
Their Tim will teach you the Yogi Golf practice routine you will do
for the rest of your days, along with the mental hand exercise.
Then you will go briefly over to the practice green.
After that you are off to another 9 holes of golf. As
you can see, the training is thorough and complete. It introduces you to Yogi golf from the beginning, no
matter how long or how well you play golf.
Everyone starts at the same place. NOTICE
THAT TIM is NOT showing you how to play golf, or make certain specialty
shots. He is not mentioning
handicaps, tactics, distance, etc. All
that comes later, when you have confidence in your ‘TRUE’ mental golf
state. Some
day we foresee several new teachers, certified by Tim, all over the
country. Some of those
teachers will be low scoring tournament players.
Golfers who want consistent low scores Yogi style will go to them. DAY
THREE WRAP-UP and DAY FOUR? On
this day, Tim will review what you learned and how to maintain your
understanding when you are alone. You
will have your Platform to take home for future use. You can look at the three DVD’s that show Yogi actually
swinging and teaching. You
will have the two books, which are rare collector’s items, and finally,
you will have your new clubs and your head full of a brand new experience. DAY
FOUR? Tim
is NOT rigid, nor is his teaching methods.
If you need, or he thinks you need, a fourth day, he will give it
at no cost to you. If you are
one of those blessed individuals who has so much enthusiasm, he might
agree to make an extra day available.
If you have come a long way, love what you are doing, or even meet
our criteria to be a Trustee or Friend of the Society, you can have extra
instruction and play. Finally,
you will be sent home and a tentative schedule for the tune up will be
made. This is included in the
lessons, but there are limits. FOLLOW
UP In
the past, Tim did not include follow up lessons as part of the package,
owing to the ridiculously low price he charged.
He thought the public would overwhelm him with demand for private
lessons. But, in this new
approach to teaching and saving the artform, Tim is including reasonable
partly unlimited phone talk and hands on lessons for the first year.
If this is not abused, he will retain it.
The follow-ups have low priority relative to new lessons as well as
his own personal and family schedule.
Phone calls are only received and can be scheduled at certain hours
during the week. In
case you are one of those few persons who become Trustees in the Count
Yogi Preservation Society, you have reasonable unlimited access to Tim.
He determines what is reasonable and unreasonable!
The reason for this is that the Trustees and Friends of the Society
are committed in time and money to saving the Count Yogi Golf Method and
thus have the highest privileges with us. You
will love your lessons and your whole golfing and personal life will
change for the better. Nobody
wants you to ‘get’ it more than Tim as well as Yogi (with the Creator
to whom he so often gave full credit), so please come prepared to learn.

will come to your facility if it is comfortable and private and no
negatives from other members or the pro. Tim
does not want to even appear to be treading on your head pro’s turf b.

You
take care of your breakfasts and dinners. We buy lunch d. Our amazing fee for all this, including a full set of Cobra pro-line customized irons, and putter, all set up for the Yogi Swing, is completely limited to between 35 and 50 lessons per year, period! So, we are looking for people who are really excited, who will work at it, and who are extremely interested in acquiring this art form. The teacher, Mr. Tim Nicholls the adopted son and protégé of Count Yogi, was himself taught over a 10-year period by the Count himself. The Count wanted Tim to carry on with the art form, so he taught Tim how to teach. Tim can only do between 1 and 4 lessons per month, depending on his surfing schedule, and whether he can be persuaded to work more than necessary. Repeating: the three days worth of lessons, the Country Club Setting, the full set of existing documentation remaining from Count Yogi (Platform, DVD’s, radio interviews, etc.) and a fully customized set of irons and a putter (at present Titleist/Cobra pro-line irons with Dynamic Gold steel shafts). As well as whatever it takes to send you home with a big grin on your face is only $10,000 with clubs, or $8500.00 without clubs.
i.
In the rare case that during the first day it becomes clear that
the student is not ready for yogi, the clubs are not exchanged, and a full
refund is given. e.
The
main cost is YOU! You have to come here with the following PRE-commitment:
i.
Willingness and excitement to adopt the Count Yogi method without
any reservations
ii.
Willingness to ask questions, to understand the fun and tone of our
approach
iii.
An open mind
iv.
Don’t come if you are ‘fixing’ your game. We
don’t offer tips and fixes.
v.
Don’t come if you plan to just check it out. Tim
is developing the future Yogis of the world and wants people who can
commit to it, not curiosity seekers
vi.
Come if you just know down deep that Yogi is for you
vii.
Come if you would love to have fun, swing effortlessly, and enjoy
your golden years at your own club without real, exhausting frustration. Let
the GOLF COURSE and the GAME of GOLF frustrate you, not your own
clumsiness
viii.
Come if you also want to help us preserve this artform so the
coming generation will have access to it. Tim
is the LAST teacher of Yogi and he is in a time squeeze. This is much much more than a commercial operation.
It is a chance to preserve and extend Count Yogi Golf to the world.
We want all students and
potential students to be future boosters of Count Yogi Golf. And
for those of you who become A+ yogi style golfers and are able to bring in
super scores, we might even like it if you could be certified as a
teacher. But that is down the
road 11)

treat to put bad habits behind you CONCLUSION: If
you become a member of the Count Yogi Society or become involved as a
friend of the society, you may have tune up lessons at no cost for an
extended period. Tim has
little time to waste. Fifteen
years of selling teaching aids to the general public as well as private
lessons hasn’t brought him or the Count Yogi experience more than inches
closer to Yogi’s dream. We
need good and enthusiastic men and women from all walks of life,
especially private clubmen, who will offer their time, money, and
expertise and so on to preserve and extend Count Yogi to this as well as
the next generation. When
you have experienced a whole new dimension of golf as a result of your
lessons, when you feel that you desire to join with us and the Count Yogi
Society to keep this fabulous art form alive, and when you feel you can
help in any way that has an immediate impact, we will be glad to talk with
you. Finally,
be assured that your fees will not be making anyone rich!
Tim had promised the Count on his dying day to continue to extend
the 5-step system to the world and Tim has done that and is doing that.
But, he is not a young man any more and time is pressing in. Get
your instructions while it is available! For
